Luxury, clean, best location, marvelous staff, rooftop bar, excellent steaks.

Nothing, everything was great.

The staff went above and beyond to assist my child who fell ill while we were out for dinner. The hotel is centrally located and offers spacious rooms with special treats and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is diverse and includes protein options. a fantastic experience with attentive staff and great amenities.

This hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood, close to the town centre and convenient to all the tourist sites. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxury linens and marble bathrooms. The breakfast is served in a gorgeous courtyard with a variety of options such as fresh fruit, croissants, French toast, and great coffee. The staff is polite, attentive, and very customer service oriented, making your stay enjoyable. the hotel offers a lobby bar and a Roof Bar with lovely views and great service.

The spa services received some complaints about poor quality massages.

Upon arrival at this luxurious venue, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the exceptional service from all staff members made our stay unforgettable. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered exclusive amenities, including a steam room, sauna, and massage services. the heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city. the location of this hotel was ideal, with easy access to a range of quality restaurants.

Although it was delicious, the limited selection left us craving a little more variety.

The elegance and luxurious ambiance of the hotel made our romantic escape special. The well-dressed and well-mannered staff treated us like royalty, creating a nice experience. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the nearby shops, parks, and cultural spots. the spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay.

We were slightly disappointed with the swimming pool facilities. The pool was smaller than expected and the water was too hot, making it less enjoyable.

We were impressed by the level of service at Alvear Palace. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The facilities were great and the food was so great. We especially appreciated the help from the concierges in planning our itinerary.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the responsive staff fulfilled all our exclusive needs, from the indoor swimming pool to the beauty treatments. the spa centre offered a variety of massages and body wraps, all in a relaxing environment. the breakfast options were fantastic, with a poolside snack bar and special diet menus. the location was perfect, near Recoleta Cemetery and other tourist attractions.

The only minor issue we had was with the packed lunches. We expected more from this hotel, as the packed lunches were not as high-quality as the other amenities.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel with my family. We booked the diplomatic suite and it was excellent. The suite was spacious and elegantly decorated, with two bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms. The location was perfect, with many excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The lobby bar was a great spot for a cocktail, and the breakfast served in their beautiful interior courtyard was amazing. The concierge, especially Esperanza, was efficient and helped us secure excellent restaurant reservations and a driver for the day. The waiters were friendly and professional in their classy uniforms. Despite the enclosed pool on the 11th floor, my children still enjoyed swimming and playing. our stay was wonderful, and I will definitely return.

I recently stayed at the Alvear Palace Hotel for a week-long vacation. The friendly and knowledgeable concierges were a huge help, especially as I was new to the city. The standard double room was spacious and airy, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's opulent décor was well-maintained, and the location in an elegant neighborhood was ideal. Additionally, the housekeeping and front desk staff were very accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to many attractions and very close to the town center. It was situated in probably the nicest area of the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and top quality linens. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the beautiful decor and the historical feel of the hotel.

The only downside was the long waiting time for service at the bar, even when the place was not always crowded.
